How TikTok pays creators in 2026
The old Creator Fund is gone — it was replaced in late 2023 by the Creator Rewards Program, which pays far more. It rewards original videos longer than one minute at roughly $0.40–$1.50 per 1,000 qualified views, and up to about $2 for high-value niches and Tier-1 (US/UK) audiences. Only views watched for five seconds or more on 1-minute-plus videos count, so short clips and re-uploads earn little or nothing. This calculator estimates that stream from your average views and posting frequency, as a range.
The bigger money is usually brand deals, not the Rewards Program. A rough rule is $15–$40 per 1,000 followers per sponsored post, but engagement matters more than raw follower count — a smaller, highly-engaged account often out-earns a larger passive one. Rewards vs brand deals vs everything else
TikTok creators also earn from LIVE gifts, TikTok Shop commissions, and their own products — none of which a calculator can predict. Treat the numbers here as the two most estimable streams (Creator Rewards and sponsorships) and a floor, not a ceiling. For an account, use your typical views per video and a realistic monthly posting count rather than your single best video.
